Is Bacoff Cruelty Free?

Yes, Bacoff is cruelty free.

Bacoff manufactures affordable cleaning products derived from sustainably sourced and 100% natural Australian ingredients. Baby care, body care, pet care, and general household care are some of the hypoallergenic collections they offer. Their formulations are stored in biodegradable packaging for minimal impact on the environment.

On their Malaysian website, Bacoff states that their products are never tested on animals. They share, “Finally, we are committed [to] ensuring our products are Never Tested on Animals and [contain] no Animal Ingredients.” The brand carries the “cruelty free and vegan” logo by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), which is featured on their website and printed on their products. They are also found on PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies website. This means that Bacoff refuses “to conduct, commission, pay for, or allow tests on animals for any of their ingredients, formulations, or products anywhere in the world.” To be considered certified vegan, their entire product line is also free of animal-derived ingredients or animal by-products.
